Moreover, the esquire3000 plus can be coupled to the Agilent 3D Capillary Electrophoresis system and is part of the world's first fully-integrated LC-NMR/MS system introduced by Bruker Biospin and Bruker Daltonics.                           Adaptable to your needs: Chromatography Choices               The esquire3000 plus uses the successful Agilent electrospray (ESI) ion source, which now has been further improved to provide outstanding robustness, sensitivity and reproducibility over a wide range of LC operating conditions. The unique, often imitated but never equalled orthogonal sprayer design speeds up method development while minimizing chemical noise, regardless of the separation conditions. The rugged design with fixed sprayer position prevents contamination and thus extends the maintenance cycle time, even with difficult sample matrices or non - volatile buffer systems. Recent changes in the ion transfer optics have significantly enhanced sensitivity for all applications down to the very low pg limit. Moreover, tuning has become easier and largely uncritical across a wide m/z range. Switching between all sources is fast and easy, due to the hinged swingout spray chamber design.
